Not even able to locate my account number! And it is exactly the same as the web version! ZERO STAR!

What’s a sad thing.every time when I get in app it wills stop at the blank

老是打不开，我tm开了一天都打不开，凭什么要把本来他自己的问题强加在消费者身上，付款完全登不上，我出差，天天登录，登陆了一个星期都不行，然后算你延迟交费，真的服了，差评

All blank when I get in the app. Even now on the freedom website I can't log in to my account

Really disappointing. Hard to sign in. No face sign in. Just clumsy.

I don’t see the diff between app and web version, why don’t we just use safari instead? The app needs to have the basic of the basic: remember our login session and not ask us to sign in every time

Half the features send you to the browser which makes you log in a second time. Cant see my bill broken down easily either. Worthless app and company hiding your information from you

Sucks you have to get a code every time you want to sign in

This app is just a glorified web browser. May as well just open freedom on safari and you’ll get the same experience.

It should be easy to use Sign in option should feature face unlock rather than putting otp again and again
