FreeFM: Livres Audio et Romans

L’application est très cool et facile à utiliser, et je trouve que c’est archi bien de nous permettre de lire autant qu’on veut à la seule condition de regarder des publicités ! Le seul minuscule bémol c’est la traduction de l’anglais au français qui parfois est trop littéral, donc si on est pas très fort en anglais on peut être perplexe. Mais pas de quoi fouetter un chat donc foncez !

I really love the app in general and if not for some of the long ads and some of them that make me have to shut off and reboot my phone (Quickset ad-sticks every single time) I would give it five stars. I don’t want to have to shut my phone off 20+ times a day just to read a story. I don’t mind watching ads, however, some of the ads are way too long, and you have to X out of them 4 or 5 times to actually leave them. Two ads for every five minutes that’s actually only four minutes because as soon as I click on the chapter, it goes from 5 to 4 is way too much. I do like the stories and find that the ones I’ve read so far are very well written. If this app gets better with the issues I’ve mentioned, I would return and give it five stars.

But watching the add things is kinda annoying

I have enjoyed reading a few books however I found some of the content to be degrading. What I’ve read has been really explicit (rape, and such). I like the romance don’t get me wrong but a really good well written romance (in my opinion) shouldn’t involve rape (which I find offensive) and I don’t see as romantic but simply degrading. In addition the content is extremely explicit (seriously?!!). Again why is it that the writer needs to have that much detail. It can still be romantic without having to have that explicit within multiple chapters. NConnor

Too many ads further into the book more ads

I love to read but also have a toddler so sometimes it’s not feasible. I love the option to switch mid way through a page or chapter from reading to listening and back. I have tried at least 10 other apps similar to this one (most of the ones advertised on fb) and either you have to watching 15 ads, jump through hoops playing games or completing offers or pay actual money to get more than 5 chapters/ episodes. This app is simple. There are 2 options one where you pay a small fee and can read and/or listen to books without ads or you can watch a 30sec-90sec ad and gain 5 minutes of time to read or listen. With seemingly no limit. I cook or fold laundry and just keep watching ads till I have hours of time saved. There’s also a bonus wheel that pops up. It has time increments of 5min-50min I believe and surprisingly you typically get at least 10-20 min, I even got the 50 twice in a row. My only “negative” comment would be that there’s a limited number of books but I’m hopeful that as it gets more popular they will get more books! Honestly best app I’ve found!

When you spin the wheel and. The minutes add up when you open a book to listen to it, there are less minutes than what you just received. This is an almost daily occurrence. Its wrong! And if you watch and add to gain 5 minutes, they make you watch a second or third ad without giving you additional minutes. I dont mind watching ads but give me the minutes ive earned!!!! What a scam
