Some time we get extra traffic and miles so you should pay as extra but not pay that’s why don’t like to work for you

Is good but following Uber quests ,,so is getting worst even with prices you start playing same as Uber ,,that is why I don’t drive for you much ,,! No jobs even showing surge ..🤮

Where is customer service? Is anyone there? I am a driver and have difficulty signing in. I have sent them many emails, and I received only one reply, which was not helpful at all, even though I fully explained my problem.

I am driver and been taking 2 times longer route due rider preference and they did not pay me anything they said that trip calculation is correct! Please note that in the event a passenger asks you to take a different route, it is up to you whether you do this. If you take an alternative route in the FREE NOW driver app, then we will be unable to adjust the fare. The fare for FREE NOW rides is fixed, and it is not dependent on the route you select. Only if the passengers change their mind and edit their destination, the ride fare will be recalculated. We apologise for the inconvenience.
