Paid but no credits
This is the 2nd or 3rd month in a row where I’ve been billed and paid up and my credits don’t show up. I have to contact FreePik customer support to get my credits. Something is up with FreePik’s billing/credit system. Great app otherwise. Hate having to play a game to get my credits every month
DONT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION!!
While the app it’s self is amazing you only get limited access with the free version. I just got charged for the $11.00 monthly subscription but my account saying I don’t have a plan and when I go to set one up it just says error. Please fix this asap!!
So many glitches in the design tool. Does not work well
Takes forever! freezes a lot! It is like it locks imagines or txt boxes and won’t let you continue to edit. I wasted my money!! 😫 Don’t waste yours!
The Best Ai Generator
This app makes the most beautiful and most realistic photos I have ever seen. I am currently using the free version which has a limit on how many images you can make a day but I don’t mind it because it refreshes each day. Thank You Freepik for making this awesome app!
Cool but lacking a lot
It's cool there is an app, but it's missing some key things like being able to write or modify the prompt when using sketch to generate. I don't see any way to edit the prompt. And some of the buttons are just not responsive sometimes, or there is no indicator that a button has been pressed.

..no for real. It really is the best ai prompt to image generator. I’m a soloprenuer trying to get feet on the ground to start my new business, so Im sampling a good half dozen+ image generators a day. None have come close to the realistic photos FreePik returns. For this reason I’m giving it five stars and will keep it that way. That being saidddd.. it misses about half the prompts and still short on curating accurate results. Still my fav though and gonna stick with it.
Crashes on iPad
Excited that this website is finally an app and it works great on the phone for the most part, some functionality is lost, but my issue is that it consistently crashes after opening on the iPad.
