The updated version is very bad, I lost all my previous calls and chats and can’t make calls or it is not connecting ☹️👎 Please fix it

Bad update features , it was a special app and different . Now there is no difference between it and the other apps 🤦‍♂️ it was not appearing in the lock screen before update and that was an awesome . Now it is like the other apps when i use my earphones and the phone in my pocket , the phone opens speaker when i move or walk while talking😤😤😤

Please the update it s to bad the sound it s to low can’t hear the ringing. You fix it please
