Efficiency on point
Seemed great at first but to download more I paid for the app and it suddenly stopped working and kept getting the wrong Apple account. I would leave the app open for 1-2 hours every time I tried again and it would not work. Waste of money.
So I’m not sure if this is a Pandora problem or if it’s a problem with this app, but I generated my personalized stats and they were pretty scuffed. Albums and artists that I had barely listened to were listed in my top stats, while albums and artists that I’ve had on repeat for years at this point were completely missing. Only reason I downloaded this was because Pandora currently doesn’t have a year recap like Spotify does, but it didn’t even work
So far am loving it I just don’t really like the fact that you have to pay to transfer a certain amount of song or something like that but they have to get paid somehow so 🤷
the problem with me was my apple music is linked to my iTunes id. the app only allows apple music linked to the phone's Apple id. there is no way for me to log in to the apple music account so i can no longer use this app. in addition, although the app has an option to delete my the data/account, when i click on the remove button, it either stalls or crashes and wont let me delete my account.
I only use Spotify and Apple Music but Apple Music isn’t even on here?? It says in the description it’s on the app but it’s not.
You pay for premium which is supposed to included “Dedicated Support” although it seems like the only thing they are dedicated is doing nothing. If I go through the effort to report an issue with a video demonstrating the issue I expect something more useful than this garbage response “ We recommend keeping the app fully open while transferring or trying to use the desktop version, as it should work in the tray when the app is closed.”
Spared me from moving thousands of songs the hard way.
It’s been great to get all my songs on other apps. I still don’t know all the in’s and out’s of this app yet. But it’s been fun to learn more about it. Keep up the good work, and Thanks for a peaceful journey of smooth transition. Excellent Music Transfer! Thank you!
