One of the most frustrating experiences I have had with any app. I had to take pictures of my head and passport multiple times, in different lighting, in front of different backgrounds, I had to reinstall the app several times. All because it would not accept my photos. Then randomly it would work. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. After about an hour of struggling I finally had everything I needed to submit, then when I did nothing happened. Just a loading circle forever. An unbelievably frustrating experience.

This app discriminates against foreigners with different passport or ID documents. Downloaded this app because it’s suggested as an online ID document for use in Sweden. Finished the entire process of registration and certifying my identity only to be told I can’t use it because my passport is British not Swedish. It wouldn’t even accept my Swedish ID issued by the Swedish tax authorities. Good work team Freja… NOT! If you’re unsure and reading this. Don’t waste your time.

Only works if you are a citizen of the Nordic countries or the UK. No mention of this on the website, so if you where born / have a passport anywhere else in Europe or the world for that matter you don’t exists according to these guys. The app keeps crashing each time you try to submit your ID documents, so all in all not really worth it.

Se till att slå igenom, som alternativ till Bank I D. Kan inte användas 100% överallt men tex till 1177 & Skatteverket. Skulle få 5/5 om det fanns fler användningsområden! ⭐️

Kan inte öppna mitt ID kort

Fungerar ej någonstans, eventuellt att ta ut paket med men endast det. Helt värdelös app och idé , satsa på Något annat så kanske det blir något utav er.

If you have a personal number, you can get BankID and so you do not need Freja. If you don't have a personal number, Freja+ service is unavailable for you and so Freja is completely useless since you can't do anything with it.
