一开始信息发来会在2点到4点，后来4点到6，然后7点到8，晚上9点多还是没送到，服
Not fresh at all if you live in Rhode Island
I had ok experience with FreshGoGo three years ago when I lived in Atlanta. I ordered again in RI for almost $100 and almost nothing I ordered was fresh when it was delivered. I don’t think they have local warehouses within close distance of RI and the ice packs aren’t enough to last for long distance. The steamed bun and dumplings tasted sour, the Mille crepes expired on the same day when it was delivered, vegetables were yellow and poor quality.

Not as good as used to…
I used to love FreshGoGo but my recent orders were unsatisfying, quality of veggies and fruits were often not fresh and even rotten … hopefully it will be improved!

I use FreshGoGo for 3 years
I keep buying food from Freshgogo for over 3 years. It’s right time to write this review. The price is great, and veggies are even fresher than what I can get in local grocery stores. FreshGoGo definitely enhances my living conditions. Will recommend to my friends here.
Too slow
I placed order on Jan-23, and hasn’t been shipped out till Feb. And not allowed to cancel the order. They just hold my money and do nothing
They keep cancelling my orders
FreshGoGo has great products, but a lot of times when I place my orders, FreshGoGo cancels some of the orders I placed. Most of the time it’s the product I needed the most.
