Great addition to the webbased instance
As a helpdesk agent this app is great for me when I am in the field with my users. It allows me to quickly create a ticket and follow up at my desk. Also great to follow up incoming feedback on tickets. Now trying to teach our users to use the portal (which we didn’t have in the 13 years before using Freshservice) . Next up: let them install the app themselves so they can just as easily create tickets on the go.
Does not work
Does not take the url, and we are a paying company... Strange
Missing Admin Console
App is laid out well however we need the admin console.
App is no longer functional to close tickets
For the last month, when I go to close a ticket or assign a ticket to a building, I get an error message “source is not a number”. This makes it impossible to close tickets as it is a required field.
Unable to even sign in
On iOS devices it continues to fail to sign me in and always redirects me to the browser
Recent update broke the app for me
Fix your app, I can no longer assign or even assess tickets after the recent update. Keep getting the error “source is a not a number”
Great App, still missing features
I use this app on my phone and iPad for work and I love it! However, there are some things that the website does very well that I think this app could use. First of all I think there should be a tabbed view for ticket properties. We have multiple buildings and I use the location property every time I look at a ticket, I do not want to edit the properties every time I want to view something. I also like that the website allows users to favorite custom views. Having a giant list of curated views plus custom ones is time consuming to navigate while in the app.
Works great - Needs admin tools, project management and analytics
Fantastic for the features that are included, which to be fair are probably the most important, but as a service desk admin the ability to utilize admin tools and access the project management modules would be great to see implemented. Mobile browsers are not ideal for these use cases and the project management module isn’t even supported on mobile browsers. Otherwise, 5 stars.
Not optimized for iPadOS
App does not fit on the screen for the 13 inch iPad Pro 2024. Buttons are off the screen or halfway on the screen. It only works well in portrait mode full screen. Don’t even try to use it with Stage Manager.
