Great app to learn guitar notes
Awesome app, the layout is well thought and everything is where it should be. The games are great to quickly learn the notes on the fretboard. Maybe an idea of improvement whould be to add a practice game mode.

I bought this hoping that more frets would be added on the higher levels I go, so I paid a while $10. Come to find out instead of adding on frets and showing all frets (like in the explore fretboard view) it just shows 4 frets at a time and each fret is numbered, so it may start at 5 and go up 4 from there. I can’t learn the fretboard that way and imagine it like that. It would have been wayyyyy better if it was set up like the fretboard view and you were able to scroll down the fretboard. It would give me a visual instead of having to try and imagine higher up frets because that’s not a realistic view of a guitar. I’m just sad sales are final because I didnt realize it was set up like this
Downloaded to try out the features. I am left handed. I learned I would have to purchase the Pro version right from the start in order to flip the strings to a lefty setup. Sorry, not going to pay a fee for being left handed.
Great app. Very intuitive user friendly and useful. Only missing one thing - the ability to isolate a string and identify notes along that single string rather than just a section of the fretboard.
One problem that I’m having is when I’m trying to set it to an all fourths tuning E A D G C F The low E string Always gets stuck on D No matter how many times I try
App is great. Grabbed the pro version so I could do more and probably after just a few days I’m at grand master and nothing left to unlock. I’m looking for more out of this app. Maybe a mapping of the board for the caged system or something, I don’t know. TLDR, bought it, bored of it already.
No chords available for alternate tuning at all. I’m feeling ripped off because I paid for premium and got nothing for it
*Many of the reviews are from 2 years ago and the issues they are complaining about must have been fixed because I don’t see them.* The app is great as far as I’m concerned. When I am home, I play my guitar. But when I’m out somewhere and wish I was playing my guitar, this is a great way to test my knowledge of the fretboard. I can imagine a day after I memorize the fretboard that I wouldn’t use it much, but for anyone who hasn’t memorized the fretboard yet this should help you achieve that goal.
Great app, wish practice mode had a an unlimited option. Also was not provided a possible correct answer on one of the attempts. I took a screenshot of it. The note was the the 11th fret on the B string but i was not provided an A# or Bb option
It’s hard to argue with the free version of this app. You can tell a guitarist is behind this. In the several days that I’ve had the app, I’ve replaced my mindless scrolling with an app that has immediate application to my playing. The time hack on the games makes me have that necessary learning tension that noodling or just practicing without a time clock can’t replicate. If you ever need a beta tester, I’m in.
