App does not open and cant check my plans. Don’t trust the people who sell you this friendi package. Virgin sim alone is good but friendi package is bad

The network is atrocious and keeps bugging and it won't even let me see how my plan is going. And whenever i top-up my wallet THE MONEY JUST DISAPPEARS!! There is no customer service for this terrible app. I hated every time i used it but i keep using it because i have to, The moment i can change my SIM i will delete this HORRID app. I've never even reviewed any app before; this alone should tell you how bad this app is.
