Imaginando keeps this app relevant!
In my opinion, a big part of the value of FRMS (and DRC) is their ongoing development seriously good preset packs. I’m not someone with a lot of time for sound design, so I really appreciate they’ve got folks who are really good at this. Lots of great options ranging from full-bodied, classic sounds to noises from all across the frequency spectrum. And you can tweak from there. Great support for this app as well.

These guys don’t make a lot of apps but what they do make are incredible and so stable.

This is money grab.
$6.99 for preset pack. This last one is really bad. And buy the way the others are not worth the price.

Awesome quick update, everything works like a charm! Nice app overall. To be the perfect granulation app imo it would need more options for grain customization, ie grain size, and speed (like adding the ability to play very slowly or freeze). Keep up the good work!

iPad Pencil now works! I am nitpicking a little here. I typically MIDI keyboard it up, but it would be nice to also use the chord pads with the pencil, if that would be possible in a future update? Thank you in advance! I know you guys are busy and these are trying times, so much thanks for a great iOS instrument!
Great granular synth
This synth is an interesting and great evolution of granular synthesis. It’s up there with the greats! (Apesoft apps). I love it (in my opinion it’s a better conceived synth than DRC). BTW, I use my pencil to tweek and adjust settings and it works fine. Don’t understand what the other guy complains about. If you’re into granular synthesis buy FRMS and you won’t regret it!
How to load my own samples
Awesome app just one small complaint I cant for the life of me figure out how to import my own audio files/.. I read the manual and there is no document folder or anything
