Love the app, easy to use. Always available, giving you the ability to keep tabs on your own healthcare. Communicate with healthcare providers, labs and tests, easy access to med list, reminders and quickly direct it to place in your own calendar. I can’t imagine life without it. I have a significant number of providers and this keeps it all organized.

Simple to use, everything I need in the palm of my hand

I have always enjoyed using MyChart for communication with my medical team, looking at test results, or making appointments. I still my medical teams in Wisconsin however, I have moved to Arizona and the healthcare system is different It is certainly not to the standards of Wisconsin and their communication link leaves a lot to be desired I absolutely love MyChart, and there are a plethora of facilities that could benefit from it

You prompt your patients to hit "1" if we wanted to review you after a call, but that never works. We end up being hung up on and we're never able to do the review.!! Your phone system is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! I spend more time being given the "run around" than any place I'm attempting to do business with!!! I'm usually hung up on even after waiting 20 to 40 minutes to reach who I'm calling!!! Thennnn I have to call back again!!! Please leave FULL NAMES when leaving a message to return call & a direct line to call!!! I waste literally HOURS trying to return calls!!! You people have no problem trying to get our money to pay a bill.... but us trying to return a call is ABSOLUTE INSANITY! I spent one day calling back... 1st time... 57 minutes.... hung up on.... 2nd time ... 41 minutes.... hung up on... third time I was crying and called the front desk and explained what was happening & she overrode the system & got me to the person I needed!! Today I wanted to do a serve at the end of the call so I pushed one when they told me to and when they finished my call... I waited for something to come on so I could leave my review and it was just a dead end call dropped!!????

This app is constantly crashing/out of service

Very much like Froedtert. One area I would suggest for improvement…the providers seem so rushed. If the goal is a holistic understanding of the patient, it seems slowing down to gather all aspects communicated, be digested by the provider before a direction is set by the provider. Not provider issue, process issue.
