Here is why you should use Froggipedia.
Forget Textbooks, Embrace AR: Ditch the dusty textbooks and flat pictures. Froggipedia brings frogs to life in a way that's both immersive and interactive. Imagine this: hold up your phone or tablet, and witness the magic unfold.
Watch, captivated, as a single-celled egg transforms into a wiggling tadpole, then into a curious froglet, and finally into a full-grown amphibian ready to ribbit its way into your heart.
Become a Virtual Frog Dissector: But Froggipedia isn't just about watching the metamorphosis unfold. It's about getting your hands dirty... well, virtually! Become a virtual frog scientist and embark on a detailed exploration of their anatomy.
Using just your device, you can perform dissections (virtually, of course — no frogs were harmed in the making of this app!) and examine a frog's intricate organ systems, layer by layer.
Learning Made Fun (and Froggy): Ever wondered how a frog breathes, eats, or leaps? Froggipedia will show you, all in a safe, mess-free environment. This makes it perfect for anyone who wants to learn about frogs, from curious kids to science enthusiasts of all ages.
Think Documentary, But Cooler: Learning with Froggipedia is like stepping into a real-life amphibian documentary, but way cooler! It's like having your own frog expert guiding you through this incredible life cycle.
Test Your Froggy Knowledge: And because Froggipedia knows learning shouldn't feel like a chore, it throws in a fun and dynamic quiz at the end to test your newfound froggy knowledge. Who knew learning about biology could be so much fun?
A World of Curiosity Awaits: Froggipedia isn't just an app — it's an invitation to a whole new world. It's a world where curiosity is king, and where the secrets of froggy life are waiting to be unlocked.
We look forward to adding more cool features and other frogs for a truly VR experience for kids, educators, students and frog fanatics.

Why are you creepy?
The app at first glance seemed to have great reviews, I love frogs sense they are apart of nature everywhere you go, I was excited about being ahead of the frog dissection an research that I participate in at my school, I also like to rescue frogs with a few other selected individuals and keep them in a small tank while they recover,
I bought this app for 3.99, when I opened the app though it asked if I wanted notifications, normal right? Then it asked if I would like to share my location and I respond with “Don’t allow” then before I get into the app it asks me again if I would like to share my location, saying it would help with my experience in the game, when the game is all about frog dissecting, life style, species, and more! I shouldn’t need to share my location, that is SOOOO creepy, never recommend this, I didn’t even open the app and I already had problems😡, not worth the money, I am requesting a refund as we speak!
Update Ruins this App
We have used Froggepedia in middle school science for a few years now. I just went to train my colleagues on it and discovered it now requires a login and location data. Now I’m looking for a comparable app to buy for 1000 iPads. I’ll also need replacements for Plantale and Brainapse.
New update
The new update now requiring a log in won’t let me log in at all sends code to phone or email never receive a code from either phone or email
Plz
Add iPad mini 4 compatibility
Great app
Great app, saves a frog
A totally fun app for dissecting a frog.
It would be nice to see the mouse version involving much greater depth and including a genetics variation simulation. Thanks
Poor features, gimmicky
Spent money on this because the Apple Editors touted this apps ability to virtually “dissect a frog.” It’s super gimmicky, and has no real user input besides dragging your finger across the screen.
Ummmmm...
I just downloaded the app and it has been loading for a long time, about 10 minutes so I haven’t actually experienced the game yet but...I’ll write another review once it downloads
Love that it’s available
Purchased to support. Keep up the good work & hope to see more apps like this one!
Purchased for my 8 year old who learned the life cycle of frog in school this year. I think this app has the potential to be a hit for 2nd grade classrooms. We enjoyed going through this app together.
I liked the simplicity, but noticed room for improvement just going through it with my child.
-more details into the organs maybe with examples of function, where they connect etc. For example my son was completely lost on what the red and blue meant. He had questions about everything.
-I’d offer a pop up over the bigger words with smaller words for children to understand to learn the bigger words.
I went through it with my child so was able to explain, but it took away from the app to have him to learn words on the side instead of words and body parts he already knew.
-my child asked about the frog. It would be neat if you added a frog detailed description somewhere within the app because I guess they didn’t learn this in school either? I don’t know why because if you are going to learn the life cycle of something you should at least be learning the basics about the creature too right?
His questions were
Where they lay eggs, how long their tongues are, how many eggs they lay, how long do frogs live, do frogs have the same body parts as us, do frogs have toes, do frogs smell things, what is algae, what happens to the tail, where the legs come from, are they born with hearts, do they see color, do frogs have teeth, how big the eggs are, why the frog skin is bumpy, is a frog the same as a toad
Just to list a few of his questions.
Hope this input helps a little.
Love this app but...
I purchased this app for my 8 year old son because he had learned about the life cycle of frogs before and I thought this would be a great addition to reinforce the lesson that his previous teacher gave on the subject. He loved it so much that when my kindergarten class started doing the frog life cycle I bought my iPad in so I could work with small groups and give everyone a chance to try it and they all gave it two thumbs up. My only problem is that when you used it in AR mode or Life Cycle mode there was no option to turn on a feature that would label the parts. Now I am in the App Store and this app is listed under new ways to learn math and in that mini clip they show that in AR mode you can have all the parts labeled I go back to check mine and still no and not showing me that there are any updates available either. Please add this feature in an upcoming update for both life cycle and ar mode with the ability to turn labeling on and off. Other than that so far no complaints great app.
