Suddenly stopped working

I’ve been using this app for over a year. It suddenly stopped sending faxes. I pay for a yearly subscription but when I try to recover info it loads forever. Tried deleting and re downloading to no avail. Reached out to customer service and got no response.

Terrible did a long quiz that took 10 minutes I only got 20 credits I still couldn’t send a fax that was only four pages ridiculous useless waste of time
