Will we ever get quick balance/widget back???

I’ve been with EICU for several decades. The new Frontier has been nothing but a big hassle. Not on just one occasion, but several. Time for a change.

When I try to sign in on the iPhone it sends me a text, with a 6-digit number which it says to text the number back. Doesn’t work. There is no place to enter the code on the app. So, after a month of trying I give up. Works on my iPad, but not the phone. And I would give it five stars for the iPad app. But the iPhone app just straight up doesn’t work per their instructions.

Transferred from an external account, which shows the funds deducted, but Frontier is still showing no transfer. Real nice. If this was the 1990’s or even the early 2000’s I’d understand the technology issue. It’s 2023! And it’s computerized with nothing but 1’s and 0’s! Get with the times or I’m closing my account.

There are a lot of good reasons to visit the credit union in person but doing a transaction isn’t one of them now that I have the East Idaho Credit Union mobile app. Clear, easy to use, and reliable! And actually I’ve used this app for years so I can attest to its consistent reliability.

Out of all apps I have used for my finances this app is definitely the BEST!! Very user friendly and has all the conveniences I need. I love to go in branch to see all the helpful people there but when I can’t this is the best way to get things done.

The best looking and easiest financial app I have ever used! I’m still learning and discovering all the features available on mobile, but I am loving them all so far! I really appreciate how easy it is to make my loan payments and to send money to my family and friends! Awesome app!
