Just downloaded the app using iPadOS 17.5.1. Unable to log in due to the “No Internet Connection” error message. My internet is fine.

I expect this to work out of the box when I pay this much for a device. NOTHING works - I can’t upload any activation codes, the APP tells me to connect to the device which is incredibly tedious (if I have to do that every time I want to use it, NOT worth it!), then it tells me to disconnect from the device and connect to internet, then it tells me to connect to the device…. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!

Same as everyone else. Can’t log on because it says I’m not connected to the internet when I am as I’m currently using the internet trying to find a solution….looks like this has been a problem For a while but they don’t fix it

Won’t let me use without turning on camera but no setting to turn on camera

Great product. Very satisfied However missing an export session to csv or other format. Yes it uploads to the cloud, but there’s no way to export the data from the cloud. Also it would be nice to add tags/notes to shot as well, which is a feature in many other launch monitor apps. Overall the product is fantastic and the team is very responsive. Keep up the great work!

I own the Mevo, and the FlightScope app requires excessive, inappropriate app permissions. Specifically, the app WILL NOT let me begin a range session unless I give it access to my iPhone camera and photo library. The Mevo doesn’t have a camera! I imagine this company profits off the sale of user data, so to brick a $449 product because I withhold that data is greedy, unethical, and ridiculous.

Every shot I hit on this app it turns the mevo plus off and disconnects. When I use other apps this does not happen. Please fix this because I love the format and range but you can’t get better using this app.

Due to military service and location I was unable to connect to my Mevo+ for a little less than a year. Today I connected to my Mevo+ and the app said the firmware was up-to-date when it is clearly not. I chatted with customer care and was told I needed to have a Windows PC in order to remote download the firmware. I only have Apple products. Who has Windows PC these days? Seems like an easy fix if the IOS app just recognize that the firmware was out of date and just download the latest firmware to my Mevo+.

I have a X.3 and have been using flight scope for over 10 years. The past two years the app constantly tells me no Internet connection. I called customer support all the time and they told me to hotspot from my phone but why can’t this be fixed at this point. It creates so much havoc not being able to utilize the app on Wi-Fi.

A lot of reviews saying it crashes but mine has yet to crash ever after 2 weeks of using Mevo+ pro 2023. The app is super in depth way more than I expected with the amount of ways to look at your data. Drains battery on my iPhone 11 somewhat fast but it’s to be expected since It’s always on and I’m also using AirPods. Also the phone is running on 3 years now.
