FT Digital Edition

The e-paper is excellent, print quality and content and coverage. Another positive thing is it doesn’t contain small small negative things which disturb the reader. Saturdays paper is excellent.

Have yet to discover a worse newspaper app out there. What were they thinking? Good luck squinting at the equivalent of a PDF of the print edition on your phone.

This app is so buggy that it’s functionally impossible to log in. For a subscription based newspaper app I feel like maybe that should be step one?

Choice of editions, automatic downloads, full access without wifi (great for long flights), access to past issues — This well thought out and attractive app should be a model for all the unsatisfactory newspaper apps out there (listen up, NYT).

Impossible to think of a more horrible app.

The paper is formatted well…..when it actually works, which about half the time.

At least with the old Epaper, I could access my account. Since they launch this digital edition app, my account tells me I don’t have a subscription even though I do have one and it has some time before it expires. I have tried the online chat and that was a waste of time. Have sent an email to customer service and no response. Very disappointed in the financial times.

I can’t thank you enough for removing that pesky ATT. Better yet letting us know that you did. And silly me, I was waiting for new features but the ATT had to go.

It took about 10 years too long but finally an ePaper app that works from the FT!
