Fudchef

I see the vision with this app and I was so excited when I heard about it but this app is rather disappointing. 1. You cannot update your phone number. If you make a mistake on your phone number when creating your profile on the app, you cannot correct it. 2. There’s absolutely no coordination between the fudchef and restaurants. I received a call from the restaurant saying they didn’t understand my order. I had only made selections as per the app. So…. 3. The number on the “Help & Support” section of the app doesn’t go through. 4. Don’t bother with the live chat you won’t get a response. 5. Once you place an order, be prepared for the waiting game. Tracking your order will not yield any results.

I was charged and 2 hours later , the food had not been delivered. It’s not clear how to even follow up , as the live chat no one responds. Bottom line I asked the driver not to deliver as I would not be available anymore. At the time I spoke to him , he was yet to pick my order. Please note , a few hours later when I checked the app , it shows the order was delivered . I hope I get a refund . This process is rather dodgy.

Tell me why I order food and an hour later the driver calls me and let’s me know that he is at the restaurant just picking up my order , tell me why I give a detailed address in the app and still the delivery guy calls me to send my location on watsapp 🤬🤬🤬 I’m hungry and angry , and still have to wait 40 plus min for the driver to drive to me . Who ever created this app please , go back to the drawing board coz this ain’t it … this ain’t ducking it 😭😭😭 I’m hungryyyyyyyyy .
