Created account, downloaded the app on my ipad, and couldn’t log in. I changed my password several times, deleted and re-downloaded the app, restarted the ipad, did all the things, but failed to log in. The app waits for about five seconds before telling me they can’t log me in. Seems like some sort of bug. The program looks like a cool idea, too bad I can’t try it out.

Would not let me log in my Mac. One big loop asking for my password every time.

Never received confirmation email - and no, it’s not in the junk folder.

Completed exactly one ride (with a workout loaded) on Apple TV. The next day, crashed on my iPhone 13 w/ iOS 16.6 three times, and several times on the Apple TV! Saving grace was it crashed each time during the warmup, or I would’ve been really mad. Uninstalling from Apple TV & iPhone - not worth wasting time with support because there is ZERO excuse for crashing. I’ve been a programmer for over thirty years - use proper exception/error handling!!

The app tells you it is probably going to crash in a popup. Could be cool app but it is not stable. Not sure how this gets in the App Store.

The Apple TV version of the app regularly forgets or fails to pick up the Bluetooth heat rate monitor chest straps. I’m using Apple TV 4K with a Kickr bike

After 20 minutes and resetting 3 times, I gave up. Too many glitches.

App is great, but not being able to enable relative mode for an ERG workout without it distorting the interval time is a DEAL BREAKER

The idea is awesome. Especially since I’m training for a race….But I downloaded the app on my phone and on my computer and I can’t make it more than three miles into a ride before the game crashes. I also tried downloading the ride and the download kept freezing too. If I can’t get a full ride in without it crashing in my free trial then I’ll be going back to Zwift.

At this time not friendly user. No where showing avatar option to perform group rides. Spent an hour reading when I should have been riding. Heart rate not working and no where to see if it’s linked up. Though the courses are nice, I won’t be using this and returning to Zwift.
