Sign up three weeks ago can’t get access as yet uploaded my card information also create a username an password nothing ! The home page to sign in is poorly designed , it’s like you guessing your way what to do next ,a waste of my time !

Oops, not able to login on app
For some weeks already the app does not let me log in. I get the message “Oops. Unknown combination, please try again.” I am however able to log in via the web browser. When will this issue be fixed?

App is not working for a few months now. Cannot see my balance on the app only on the website. Tried installing the app again, but it does not recognize my credentials when trying to sign in again.

App has been “down” for several months now. Can you please fix it? They keep telling me to use the website but it doesn’t show your card on the website! Very annoying!!
