Tried registering with Google, Apple and with Email. None worked. Just spins around and gives up. Good concept but needs to, y’know, work.

I topped up the app and for a while it was working. Now the app doesn’t work, you put in the code of the machine but it doesn’t do anything, so you have pay for the machine as normal using a credit card. I reported it to Funhub support who said they would give me free credit, however, they didn’t. Also, what is the point of free credit if the app doesn’t even work.

I installed this app today after a while and i don’t remember the credentials i used earlier. I am no longer able to register as it says the device is already registered.

I downloaded the app and placed an order for Hey Candy sweets, that was nearly two weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. I have tried calling and emailing each company associated with Fun Hub and Hey Candy, the emails bounce back and my voice messages go unanswered.

Keep saying update from App Store but I already have the latest version Wasted 30 mins of my life tried everything…

Stickers on machine read that you get a free ride upon downloading this app. It’s just a lie you don’t receive enough credit to have one ride you have to purchase a credit balance with each ride costing £1.29 rides are in poor condition and say you’ll receive tickets but the ticket panel is blocked off.
