Funko

Lost everything because someone decided I needed a password reset. Which is not a super big deal. The only problem is I don’t receive a password reset email. Funny how I can get support messages from them with the same email address but not the password one. And the only thing they can do is delete my whole account and I’d have to start over. Why can’t they just send me a password reset link???

I opened the app today to add another Funko to my collection and the list was gone!!! And then I saw that my wishlist was gone too! What the H-? I don’t want to have to scan them all over again!!! Fix it! And find away to recover my lists!!! For gosh darn darn!!!

Overall great app, very reliable, seeing the value of my pops helps me determine if I should sell them or not. One problem I’ve had is that the app just forgot all of my lists for some reason. I had to re-scan all of my pops and put them back on my lists. Kinda frustrating, but not really a big deal. 3 stars, still really reliable, but can be buggy

Every few months someone decides they need to do random password resets on my account like they think this is a banking app or the like. While that in and of itself is annoying, THEY NEVER SEND THE EMAIL TO REST THE PASSWORD LIKE THEY CLAIM TO DO!

Since the update my wishlist is gone and about half of my collection is missing. I emailed funko and they said nothing is wrong with the app. I was told to reinstall the app and restart my phone. I did all this and everything is still missing. Now I have to scan my entire collection over again and try to remember what I wanted to put back into my wishlist.

Funk collection disappears after updates and has to be entirely added again. Needs fixed ASAP!

Locked out of account due to mandatory password reset and not getting sent the link in my email. Ridiculous theres no way to resolve this and Im locked out for no good reason why cant you guys have an actual help center.

I love having apps to track my collections and wishlist. Very helpful!

The app is very cool and you get to see what Funko pops you might want and not always have to go to a store but the app can be a bit slow at times and it would be amazing if there was a feature that would let you see where Funko pops are sold in your area.

I wish they would add a point system so if get done funko pop you would get points and it could boost up the pops your selling or let you get a discount Maybe in the future
