This App and company makes running my business easy.

The experience is a little clunky at times, guess I’m spoiled coming from my Airbnb account.

You will get decent people to rent your rooms or space

Sometimes it’s hard to tell who is contacting you, and where email are coming from!

I took the subscription to FF and figured that if I got ONE renter (for a month) that it would pay off better for me as an owner than what Airbnb/VRBO pays after they take their percentage AND give me another chance to keep the apartment occupied. I quickly rented it for one month. I’m several months in and have rented it a second time for 13 weeks, with the possibility of the rental term becoming 26 weeks. So far, very good with Furnished Finder for the amount I paid, even amid some negative reviews. It has been a great deal for me.
