App is awful
The app is not user friendly and really hard to book sessions. It’s also now useless for booking a class more than a week in advance. Whoever thought this update was a good idea is an idiot
The worst app I’ve ever used
Doesn’t let you sign in regardless of the password!
Doesn’t Work!
We are actually unable to book activities using this app because it never recognises our log in details and we end up going around in circles trying to reset our password. Very stressful.
Worst app
Same issue ongoing as Hollie had in Jan on the review. It’s enough to make anyone move gyms tbh. Slow improvements all round from fusion over the years unfortunately.
Crashes On Launch
Used to work and now crashes on launch. Does nobody manage this?

Terrible app for a terrible system that never quite works!
Very empty app. Does not contain anything for customers
I cannot see my bookings anythings in this application. There is staff log in in it. It is very empty app no message no booking sytem entegrated. Not working. Why i should use it if it is not like uour website?
Would give it zero if I could
Oh my days. Constantly says your password is wrong and you have to reset. And verify it. I mean, every time you try and log in. The swim sessions I want to book are never on the app. Even though they're not fully booked. This has been going on for YEARS. Whoever developed this app is a total cowboy.
Hopeless
I’m not able to give it zero stars but would like to. One of the worst apps I have ever come across Please sort it out Would take too long to go through the problems encountered trying to register log in and use 🙄
