Withdrawals get approved instantly but the money can stay in your account for upto 2 days meaning you can’t deposit to put a trade on.

Hi, I had no problem with them for a year but last month me and my several friends got big problems to withdrawn money to their bank account, most of them declined by the bank and there is really hard to get help later because fx pro agents just telling you to wait 10days then 10more. Some point when you deposit money in they taking them in seconds but they don't want to give your money back easy when you earn them. I am considering to make complain to authorities now with other people who start fell like been scammed . Very disappointed

It’s not a coincidence that with these types services transferring money in works first time, getting money it is always difficult. Currently, there is an error stopping “just me” from withdrawing my money. AVOID!!

This application has constant bugs. Wasn’t able to submit funds first without reinstalling the application three times as I had constant XML application errors. The application is suppose to provide you with news of upcoming and current events which it doesn’t. I’ve spoken to three customer service representative and they’ve all stopped replying and gave me no support except from “reinstalling the app” If I could give it no stars, I would.

A few times they have shown the wrong candle sticks and I have noticed this only when I have a trade on. When I look on trading view, the candle sticks were totally different. This aided me in making wrong decisions and ultimately loss those trades. I wouldn’t trust this broker at all! Be warned!

It took me a long time to find a good broker. I rlly like the app! I think it’s nice to navigate and I prefer it a lot of the meta traders. However there is a bug! When you favourite a position on your “ trading “ page and close the app, it gone. The favourite feature doesn’t work basically as youd have to pick your favourites every time you log in from scratch :( - hopefully a bug fix for this soon!

Do you get money that you then transfer to your own account if you live in the UK

Like most people got the app for use on iPad/iPhone, also like most I have a keyboard for my iPad, but, when I attach iPadthenscreen doesn’t rotate, so I can’t use my keyboard, have to use iPad like a giant phone??
