This app is super handy. It has all my travel details and documents, packing lists and flight info. Best of all is the currency calculator which is super handy. Glitches mentioned in other reviews must be worked out.

This app is of no use. You can’t view any details of your trip. It directs you back to the website. G needs to invest some money into this app or just get rid of it.

I’m reading reviews written years ago, saying the app didn’t work. Uploaded the latest version on Sept. 13, 2024 - and still it is of little use. The upcoming trips you are booked on do not show up at all. This is particularly vexing when travellers are directed to the app. Odd, really.

Pointless app.

Just downloaded, each screen is blank. Not sure what is going on there.

I used this app when travelling Iceland and I found no major issues. In the past, it has been buggy, but I believe most of the problems have now been resolved. Definitely a great idea for their group travel and to keep track of everyone and everything.

I have been on many G adventure trips over the last 12 years or so. The actual trips are great. But this app, like their website, sucks. Their website was better 10 years ago that it is now, and this new app is even worse. Nothing seems to work properly. At least their website is marginally more functional. Please get your act together, G adventures!

The app has all the potential and none of the advertised features. G as a tour company is great but the app is buggy, the chat feature doesn’t work, and it’s nonstop glitches. It would be incredibly helpful if it worked, though! Hire some developers and fix it, please!

They must have updated the app since these bad reviews came out, because I LOVE it! The app works perfect, and even has info that the online website doesn’t have so I recommend downloading for the additional features. For ex, the mobile app will show the exact calendar dates of your itinerary instead of just “day 1, etc”. It also has really visually appealing and functional visa info, maps, packing list, and more about your trip itinerary. Great app!

This app is so glitchy. Chat has worked for me off and on and now I can’t even see the itinerary of the trips as I used to. It’s getting worse instead of better.
