Don’t be fooled by these fake reviews. This company is a scam. They charge you for medication that is never sent to you and then do not answer any customer complaints. They have an unmonitored customer service chat room bot and an unmonitored email address….and no phone number. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD!!
The provider was really nice and asked if I had any questions or concerns about the medication I will be taking and also explained everything really well. I can’t wait to get things started!

Just started this program, my nurse practitioner was amazing, she made it very easy to complete the intake process. She was very informative and helpful. She eased all my fears and answered all of my questions. The app is extremely easy to understand and use. I know weight loss in general is difficult but with menopause it makes it even harder. I’m looking forward to use the program and excited to see my results.
The doctor I had today was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She did suggest I file a complaint about the doctor I saw last month. He was very short, asked me very little and raised my dose without telling me. He also didn’t go over my labs with me. All big no no’s. But I feel 100% better after talking to today’s doctor. She went over everything with me. I wish I could talk to her every time! I am re-motivated!
I honestly should have checked around before I signed up for this, but I’ve seen on multiple websites, including the BBB that this company is a scam. I signed up for them a week ago and then today I randomly got a $75 payment, when I tried calling them to see what was going on, I couldn’t get ahold of anybody. I made 5 phone calls and was on hold for 20 minutes each time. As soon as the call reached the 20-minute, an automated message said that there were no available reps and then would hang up. Finally I googled the company and saw multiple places people having the same issues, being scammed over hundreds of dollars.
Impossible to cancel. You have to call in and I’ve was still on hold 20 minutes when I got a recording that no one was available to take my call and to call back later.

I reached out because I was over charged, I was never reimbursed. I asked several questions with no response. I submitted bloodwork but the dr said they never received it.
