Basically, I bought an account on accident and the website will refuse to help you along with the seller. They're terrible with scammers, and have been a long time. They still continue to let accounts be sold, even though that's against the terms of service. It's basically a place for scammers because you can buy something unintentionally and the seller could refuse to pay you back the refund.

I’ve waited for three hours to change it and download to the PlayStation network. I wrote a second ticket for a customer service still not heard anything after 30 minutes. Would avoid this company if you anticipate having a problem like this. With a merchant they say they have an item in stock and they don’t have it in stock.

Would hit 5 stars but can’t see how to choose games for steam deck compatible

Continuing every page just says “something went wrong” I’m aware of what went wrong, your dev team didn’t test the app properly. You cannot proceed without testing properly.

ive been scammed twice in a row now ive only used this app twice if g2a can help to get my money back on my most recent purchase i would love it even though sellers have 100% they wont always be legit ive been scammed alot im a very upset person please help

To be honest it was really easy to order the game I wanted and pay for it but I’m confused, is it gonna be delivered to my house? When I finished the order it never asked for a location to send the game to or anything it gave me no information on how to receive what I had bought?

It’s don’t even send emails it’s keep saying it will send an email so I can reset my password and don’t even work and I tried everything it says to fix it but still don’t work

Only just installed the app, created account but verification email kept saying timed out straight away, I clicked link in email as soon as it arrived, but wouldn’t activate… now I’m blocked from creating an account and decision cannot be changed. Only downloaded the app as saw paid advert on Xbox video. I haven’t done anything wrong???

App is really problematic. You’re unable to change currency you would love to pay, for example I choose PLN in app but later on they still counted me in EUR and there was no option to change it like in web version. Which game costs me 3 euro more than should. Few notifications with errors popped up on a way during transaction. Luckily I had discount code as I still paid whole price because of currency change on my PLN account. Be careful.
