I’m told to go to the App Store to update the app, get here and it tells me that I’ve been removed from the app?!?! can’t login, can’t update, Can’t get any information! What a system!

Once you click update it just shows open like it’s been updated already. I can’t make my payment or go to any other screens. They lead me to a white screen that won’t open. Something has gone wrong.

Who ever developed this app did a terrible job at password resets. It goes through all the steps and when you finally put in the IRN at the end of the process, it does not accept it.

This app is the run around. Can’t get in touch with live personnel, uploaded documents always unacceptable. It’s basically a collection tool you’re expected to pay, and trust without no interaction. The customer service is terrible, and you can never get help. So what is this app really for other then to trigger someone

This app has never worked properly. Unable to log in at time. Never able to upload documents. It’s really just another obstacle to face when trying to handle business with the system. I give it a 0. Better off going to your local office.

This app is TRASH. Of course child support is made to be hard on the father to the point they make it hard to make payments just so they can mess you over.

Someone explain how this app is rated almost 5 stars. All I see are 1 and 2 stars and an occasional 3 stars. I think what we’re seeing here is the product of GA public school math education.

If there was a auto pay option the app would be 5 star

I have been trying to login for about two months, it’ll login but as soon as it opens…it says subscribe and then kicks me back out to the login screen. This is ridiculous and it’s frustrating, this app is a waste of time.

This app should show the amount you have on your card. It’s not fair for every time you call it take money from your kids.
