Crash after intro mission

IPadOS 14.4 Intro mission done, confirm button pressed, and game crash before main menu appears.

Terrible support

The support is miserable. A friend has lost his account due to a system error. The developer created a new ID for him, but does not want to fully restore his account, even though he has paid lot of real money for it. He lost a lot of equipment and has to restart nearly from the beginning. His his new ID is: 39314852

This is the most corrupt and poorly managed game I have ever seen in my life. They introduce bugs in the game with every update and ban people if they even mistakenly benefit from the bugs. They ban you for simply playing the game. Customer service is a joke and their code performs as if it were created by 5 year olds. They also will change the game unexpectedly to nullify your hard earned progress. To be successful you would have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars. Stay away from this game at all costs.

I’ve spent almost $8000 and I just have mediocre battleships. In order for me to really compete I’ll have to spend another $5000 easily!!!! If you play this game be prepared to spend at least $10,000 if you want to compete in the top 10%.
