The title is exactly what I mean. In August I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. Yeah we have all been dealing with one thing after another for a while now but this pushed me over the edge. When I was diagnosed I dropped all soda and all the garbage I ate instantly. I was depressed and lost. Well I remembered Gamer sups was a thing and decided to check if it was sugar free. It is and has a bunch of good vitamins and what not so why not try it. I need a new form of energy and it’s funny. My buddy ordered a wifu cup, (I should get it some time here in November, maybe December) and I ordered a tub separately myself. I’m not saying “just gamer sups helped” but with a diet of air fried, whole grain breaded, Dino nuggies (not just Dino nuggies obviously) and a few small tweaks I brought my A1C from 10.7 to 6.5 in just 3 months. Buying that first tub of gamer sups was a silly way to kick diabetes and my depression in the face and making myself feel “normal”.
