Can’t Connect it. I followed instructions but to no avail.

Gamesir x1 not working after ios updete 13.4 fix it

Can’t configure any of the usb c gamesir controllers, only bluetooth. Had to pull out an old android phone I had lying around in order to configure and update my Galileo G8 type c.

I didn’t really need to download this app, because the G8+ worked perfectly with my iPhone 14 Pro out of the box and I expect it to with future USB C phones. I would’ve had to buy 2 backbones for nearly 4 times the total price as my g8+ to support both those Apple lighting and USB C phones. The product is just great all around, but anyways, I just downloaded the app days later just to see what it offers. It let me update the firmware easily with good status indicators and let me modify a wide range of settings very easily. I obviously won’t need to use this app much, but I wanted to say it just works great which is not a given, and I suspect the negative reviews here are outdated or from older product lines.

Tried everything I could think of to get the cyclone 2 controller to connect to my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it doesn’t connect. Very disappointed. The app is trash. Controller is 5 stars though.

I got the gamesir X2 for Christmas only trying to connect it and get it working for 30 minutes and when I did connect it, it wouldn’t work on anything and I can’t even refund it because although I do admit it was my fault throwing away your box but I got so excited with your companies item for nothing, if I could give zero stars I would

I have the game sir t7 Xbox wired controller but it’s not showing it on the app

It’s a great app to use a controller to play games on your phone. The only problem I have is the X2S doesn’t pop up as a peripheral option anymore, and it’s the one I have.

Please add support for the Galileo g8. I can’t play my favorite games properly due to mapping issues. Great product but no support on app.

Will not connect/show Nova Lite…tried all pairing modes and usb, controller will control apps/games but the gamesir app will not show it as connected, can’t upgrade/downgrade firmware because of this or do anything else with app. Will probably return controller
