Every time I try to register or sign in, it tells me that the password I had entered is incorrect. For example, if I try to sign in it’s says the password I used is incorrect and when I try to reset my password and type out my email for a code to verify the interaction it NEVER sent me one. Then when I try to make a new account with different email( Used an another family members email with their permission). It then says that the password I made doesn’t reach requirements even though every check is marked and not a single one is an X. Srry again for making this excruciatingly long, and my last problem when I go to enter my zip code it says there are no stores are around me and even if I adjust the distance it still doesn’t work

So I purchased nba vc hoping I could use it on my PlayStation but I could only use it on my Xbox

I literally cannot purchase anything online from GameStop. Errors out saying there was a “system decline” regarding of the bank/credit card I use. INCLUDING their own GameStop Pro credit card that I JUST got yesterday. Their “care”teams do not really care and gave me useless advice. To try a different browser or clear cookies. Surprise surprise it STILL didnt work. I went into an actual GameStore, they called their Corporate, and that rep told them to confirm there weren’t any issues with my GS card. (I already did that and that bank said there are no issues!!) I’ve used Twitter, called their not caring “care”team number (I never get a call back), talked to people in store. All of these payment methods WORK IN STORE!

I spent half an hour on the costumer service phone, and was ignored by email too, best of all they took the money from a gift card and I didn’t even make an order no help at all and I’m definitely upset and tried to Get help multiple times but overall this is the worse app ever

Great prices, easy app, cusomer service is off the charts good. I love they have retro games too being 43. My kids love the toys. Physical games will never die!

I used the GameStop app for the first time in a while during my holiday shopping and I was really surprised by how much it has improved. The UI is clean and stylish. The shopping experience is intuitive and quick. The checkout and shipping were excellent. But what really amazed me was the selection of PSA graded Pokemon cards now! Definitely will be using the GameStop app to replace Amazon for all of my gaming and collectibles purchases now.
