Worst update
The app fails to connect severally. Many failed transactions in succession have debited me only to receive alert 6 to 8 hours after. This is annoying. Even if you check balance in app it will not reflect until many minutes have passed. Fix this bug or go back to previous editions

I deleted d old GTBank mobile app when I can’t be able to update it thinking I will be able to download another one but since on Saturday I can’t be able to download another one bcuz it’s not on play store .pls do something on it

I was enjoying everything about Gt world, until the so called automatic update that you introduced. It didn’t work on my phone and was giving me difficulties. So I deleted it with intention of getting the new App. Unfortunately, it’s not available on App store. What a disappointment. The developers should do something about it ASAP.
Inaccessibility
Can’t login with this app to my Mobile banking …First off there was nothing like access code on Gtworld and now this🤦🏻♂️
