The new update takes away all the perks from the old app that were actually worth it. The birthday offer is only $5 off now instead of 30% off and there’s no more renewable 25% discount .. Likely won’t be shopping here anymore

The clothes are cute but every time I use the app it doesn’t work and I can’t even sign in, tried resetting my password but it doesn’t even send to my email, and I’ve checked to make sure I spelt everything right at least 4 times

This app is clunky to begin with and the rewards system is so flawed. I’ve been VIP twice now just for them to “rebrand” and erase all points I’ve collected and lose out on coupons. Such a creative way to disguise getting rid of points from loyal customers.

This is my favourite store, was my favourite app too because it was so easy. I am not a fan of the update, it’s glitchy, unorganized and feels like there is too much going on. Please change it back, or fix 🥲and now they have changed the award system 😭 this was the best app all around but I’m EXTREMELY disappointed.

i like the new changes with the points and everything. it is not the easiest app to shop i think some clothing items are kinda hard to find, but my wardrobe is 90% filled with their clothes lol
