The device is all that and a bag of chips! The customer service is superlative as well! This is a great device that is great to have as a backup to your security system to let you know with an audio signal the current status of your garage door! I love it and so will you!

Some time this morning my app went from working exactly as advertised to completely broken. I’ve tried logging out and resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the app; no luck, I keep getting the cryptically ungrammatical error “You are not permitted to do perform this action.” I look forward to the app going back to its previous working state

Just that simple to install and work ... like snapping your finger ... no one out their makes it this simple ... true engineers I am sold on what ever they make !👌🏽👍🏽 ✅ done

I have had this unit in service for well over a year now and it has worked flawlessly. It’s super simple and works, what more can you ask. I am very pleased with the battery life, only replaced once since it has been in service. 100% recommended!

Watched the video and it took one attempt to set it up. Wow!

I love that the monitor not only reports on my iPhone, but also on Apple Watch. That ability has saved me multiple times from leaving the door open. When the batteries were replaced, and I went thru the reset processes, it stopped notifying. However, my email to support was answered in minutes. “In the app, log out and back in.” (Then... wait a few minutes.) presto - it worked again. If you own a Tesla, you don’t need GDB Remote. Just use your Tesla app to open or close the door.

Please fix. Notifications aren’t working on IOS11 on iPhone 8. Update. DO NOT PURCHASE. The door monitor is not currently functioning with IOS 11 I will remove this review when it is fixed.
