Foarte slabi pregatiti pentru aplicatie

Foarte slabi parola mi se schimba mereu ori nu intra din prima ..nu recomand! Mai bine alte banci pregatite serios pentru internet !

Funcționalitate 0

Logarea se face doar cu parola, nu exista optiunea de faceID. Este nevoie de rabdare si timp sa o activezi la inceput pentru ca merge foarte incet si pana primesti codul se reseteaza procesul. Cardul poate fi folosit doar fizic, nu exista posibilitatea sa fie adaugat in Wallet. Orice tranzactie dureaza min 24 de H. Daca pica si in zile libere poti sa fii sigur ca nu or sa se transfere banii la timp (intre orice alte banci cu care am mai lucrat tranzactia se face aproape instrant indiferent de zi sau ora). La call center procesul de identificare dureaza 10 ani. Inteleg intrebarile de securitate dar mai aveti sa ma intrebati ce grupa de sange avea stabunicul.

Proasta

Este o bancă învechită nu au transfer instant nici la lei când alții îl introduc la valută și cardurile nu pot fi adăugate în apple pay.

Aplicație învechită

Aplicația este învechită. Are nevoie de o actualizare. Se blochează și de multe ori nu afișează istoricul de tranzacții. Sunt mulțumit de serviciile de la bancă dar aplicația m-a dezamăgit profund. Sper să se ia in considerare ceea ce am spus.

IOS updated and the app is not working anymore

The latest update on the IOS made this app unusable! When you try to login…the screen turns black and a bunch of code script is shown!

Old app and limited features

For a 2024 app it looks old, features are 2000-ish. For basic operations means update ID, to re-register the app you need to visit an agency which is so frustrating for hese days. Features like generating virtual card from the app, updating ID from the app or enroll cards into Wallet seems to be scifi for this bank. I'm sorry to say that, but the app is from the past. Maybe they should inspire from ING and Revolut, but i'm afraid they won't.

By war the worst banking app

By far far far, the worst. Everything is horrible. From authentication, to ui, payment process. Everything is horrible.

Major update needed!

Highly inefficient, lacking biometric authentication, no integration for card enrollment with Google Pay or Apple Pay, no cardless cash withdrawal functionality, and app activation is restricted to ATMs. It’s missing nearly all the essential features expected in a modern banking app for 2024
