Garden Tails: Match and Grow

I’m on level 855 atm and have no complaints honestly. I’ve never had any problems with this game. My friend and I play it in school to pass the time and it’s perfect for that. Just remember to save coins and that’s about it. Also loveeeee the new updates/areas <3

I love having a match three game where I don’t have to pay money to be able to keep playing or get rid of ads or buy power ups or anything. That alone makes this game awesome. I also love the adorable artwork and storylines. The game does have its glitches (sometimes it doesn’t save your progress after you spend tokens but at least it refunds the tokens to you to spend again), but overall it’s one of my favorite little games.

For the latest update, there are still not enough levels to complete an entire garden, leaving the user to only play bonus levels without being able to acquire seeds needed to purchase items for the garden. This was the case in the previous update as well and leaves the game fairly useless to play since you only gain 10 coins per level in the bonus whic do not affect the ability to completing the requests for the garden. This is completely unacceptable, especially since it is a part of a paid for Apple Arcade account. Seems the structure of the game play needs to be reconsidered in the future.

Another update that is woefully incomplete. Not done with the Persian Garden, already back in bonus levels, why Apple continues to do business with con artists is a mystery.

The latest update changed the background music. I have gotten used to playing while listening to such a relaxing tune. The latest garden changed the entire mood with a song that is very different and in my opinion, off key and irritating. Please change the music back!

For the second time an update has been released with a garden that can’t be completed due to running out of levels. The game can be fun and challenging but there quality issues ruin the experience.

first off thanks for the update, I can’t keep playing bonus levels! Second, I have 236,000+ coins but don’t have the 100,000 coin achievement—really? Decent game, might re-rate if this update fixes some of the glitches

Torn about how to rate this. I’ve enjoyed the game for quite some time, but the last two levels have switched to bonus mode prematurely. This makes it impossible to complete the level. I contacted them both times this happened and Although they respond, they basically say they’re monitoring it, then close the case. So, while I enjoy the game when it works, very disappointed that I can no longer play the game and support has been disappointing.

IT HAPPENED AGAIN! The orchid garden stopped. Now the Persian garden stopped. I was in the middle of the newest garden and it put me into Bonus levels. I have sent feedback several times. In the past they responded, but I’m frustrated - that is why I’m reviewing here.

i absolutely love this game, but i’ve noticed a numerous amount of bugs that never seem to get fixed. 1. the notifications to finish the birdhouse have lots of strange text in them 2. after finishing the tutorial i often get random tutorials on things i’ve been doing for a long time like how to clear hedges, snow, carrots, etc. 3. sometimes when i open the game i can’t actually start and play it. 4. in some of the later gardens, the text gets repeated out of nowhere. 5. spelling and grammar errors in the text with the animals. 6. glitches with how the animals move on screen when looking at the garden. 7. sometimes when playing a level the move count doesn’t appear i’ve been hoping for these bugs to get fixed for awhile, but haven’t seen any improvements. i’ve been playing this game sense it was released and love it, but sometimes the bugs make the game really frustrating and impossible to play
