Won’t let me log in???????? Take it down or fix it please

I am unable to creat an account it says I have no internet connection but I do and all my other apps are working fine.

Like another reviewer said. I’d expect a lot more from such a popular name in gardening. The app is super slow, and seems to bug out every few min.

I downloaded the App on my phone it won’t let me login I went on my computer created my account and logged in but the app won’t allow me to.

Really want this app to work but it is so glitchy!! I tried tapping support but it just leads you to their site. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This thing is so slow, it’s unusable. I don’t know where the problem lies, however with a bit of a tech background, I am lead to believe that there isn’t enough background support to service the users. Burpee, you gotta put more servers on the job!

Will not let me sign in. Something about Burpee sync server and I need an Internet connection. I have an Internet connection! It’s told me this for 3 days. What do. Need to do?

I love Burpee, and the app appears to have many useful features, however, I can’t load a garden plan to use; the software does not function properly, upgrades required.

Bought Burpee seeds at local home store. Want help tracking when and where i should plant the seeds i already own. Nowhere to search and enter. How does that help me to track my seeds?

Great concept and a nice portal to the store when it isn’t locked up. I really wanted this to work as a nice little planner for my next year’s trials. This app is unfortunately riddled with numerous bugs that make this app not as useful as I hoped.
