It is very difficult to open and my downloaded copies keep disappearing.
This app worked fine for 12 months but as soon as the renewal amount was taken from my account the app no longer lets me read the magazines,new or old. I have tried to restore iTunes many times with no luck. I don’t believe it is an iTunes problem as I don’t have a problem with any other subscriptions.
Great magazine! 5 stars! But to avoid heartache do not subscribe. Buy individual magazines on a month by month basis. That way you’ll get what you pay. Subscription does not work properly and obviously the developers have been unable to resolve the issue with Apple as it is an ongoing problem.
Instructions for using existing subscription are too complex for me. How about publishing something simple in Gardening Australia so that ordinary customers can have digital access.

Excellent magazine just like the show i buy mine from the news agent each month so I know I will get it no problems . I would be very annoyed if I was like the other people who have had trouble downloading it . Need to fix problems with downloading?????
I subscribed to the magazine in December 2016. I downloaded one magazine. It then auto renewed in December 2017 (which was not clear when I subscribed). When I have now tried to download the magazines, I cannot get anything! It does not recognise my subscription. At least my subscription is now cancelled. What a waste of money. This App should be deleted.
Subscription due March this year but couldn’t download December’s issue, saying my subscription was due. Next media wanted proof, so much for their record keeping. In the end they thought they had fixed it but then I couldn’t download January’s issue. I have lost all my past issues, which really annoys me as I like to look things up. Have gone back to the paper magazine. I’ve been a long time reader of both types and I am extremely angry, they don’t care about loyalty and what readers want
Very bad!. Where is my magazine?. I have a subscription and not receiving issues since April/15. Sent several emails to gardening Australia and now they are telling me to contact Apple for a refund. An upset customer, for sure!.
