Garmin VIRB

It seems, that newer iPhone generations are not supported anymore by this app? Please update! I can get it working with older models, but new iPhone OS seem non-compatible. This is pity as the app itself pretty nice! 🤷‍♂️

Does not even start in iPhone 11 Pro.

Can’t download Dashcam 65W 1080p videos to iPhone anymore. Only low-resolution videos. Settings are all ok. Pls fix asap!

Luulisi että Garmin olisi voinut keksiä vähän laadukkaamman tekeleen, hidas kun mikä kun hakee sisältöä Dashcam 55.stä. Aivan älytön tuo juttu että pitää ensin laittaa kamera lähetys tilaan että pääsee kuviin/videoihin käsiksi, ei hyvää päivää, luulin että olisi edes vähän fiksummin toteutettu esim että saisi yhteyttä kameraan kännykällä vaikka heti ilman ylimääräisiä kikkoja. Päivitys tahti tälle ohjelmalle ei ole päätä huimaava, ilmeisesti ei Garminilla ole edes kiinnostusta. Hyvä että kameran voi päivittää kännykän avulla edes ettei tarvi joka kerta kytkeä tietokoneeseen. Tämä appi ehkä huonoin ohjelma mitä appstoressa itselle tullut vastaan.

Hardly capable to do what the app supposed to do; basically makes the Garmin dashcam worthless.

This is a spy software demanding access and control your tablet and network. Old versions were fine: a tool to access the camera but not this.

Frustrating having to use this stupid app, does not connect at all.

This used to be a great and really convenient app that I was able to pull up any footage that I needed while driving. Unfortunately, the developers have given up on the app and now you cannot connect any of your dash cams onto the app I had to buy a microSD card to USB adapter in order to retrieve my footage.

Doesn’t seem to work on iOS 17. I connect to my dash cam and the app still says i need to connect. Never had the problem before upgrading.
