GARO Connect

The device constantly requires factory reset and resetup which is a pain. The app allows me to disable the charger but if it is left disabled for a few days you cannot re enable the device via the app. Putting in the WiFi credentials again in case it’s a connectivity issue does nothing. You should show some kind of icon or notification that it has WiFi connected. Garo don’t offer direct support and the installer has no idea about the App

How is it so difficult to fix the these simple things?

Reports are not in good level in Garo app. Charging reporting are quit vital specially when you charging company car. There is no report available where you could get time and charged energy amount per day or Even per hour. This type of online reporting tool is needed in future. The report is one liner PDF file with nice picture today. Addtional or Instead of that I would expect clear raw data .csv or .txt which you could send, modify etc. As you like.

I installed these to a customer site, and the app is nothing as presented in the youtube advert. Firstly, user cannot set timing of the charging, only the owner. How do you think we would have everyone at housing complex at DLM group as owner? Secondly, users cannot see any consumption data, as is i the youtube advert. As an installer and seller, i am ad bad position as the product is not at all what the selling brochures presented. In case you want to contact, jag pratar också svenska. Tyvärr är detta en app som är bland de värsta lågvattenmärkena jag stött på. Glöm aldrig ditt lösenord ! du hamnar i en evighetsloop där instruktionerna är allt annat än logiska och när man följer dem till punkt o pricka (validerat av en person) så är man tillbaka på ruta noll.

Den här appen är såpass undermålig att jag ångrar att hag valde Garo. Extremt ointiutiv och rörigt UI. Det är omöjligt att förstå hur man får ut månadsrapporter över alla som laddat. Rapporten blir tom. Man ska inte behöva sitta i telefon med kundsupport för att lyckas. Då är appen dåligt designad.

Enklare/mer logisk tillgång till data för pågående laddning borde vara enkelt att fixa för teknik nördar så man slipper gå in via Intsällnignar/Status/Mätvärden för att se information från laddare och lastbalanserare!

Man förväntar sig en bättre app med tanke på att man betalar ett antal tusen kronor. Laddboxen är bra. Utveckla en bättra app, det förtjänar den här boxen.

Appen har fruktansvärt långt kvar till att ens få två stjärnor. Jag måste jobba hemifrån imorgon på grund av att man utför ett underhåll av appen och jag då inte kan ladda bilen. Då jag, som förmodligen så många andra startar PAC-laddningen via appen. Nu går jag och lägger mig - irriterad.

Svårt att få fram historik över elförbrukning, appen stängs ner hela tiden och skulle man få fram en rapport så är den tom! Bättring krävs!!
