Disastrous don’t trust this app

Do not trust this app customer support is none existent. The server overwrites your data. Emails get sent to the wrong customer. If you amend a document then save it when you go back to check it keeps all your old data. Complete and utter garbage.

Disappointed

Used to be a great app and relatively cheap, now the prices keep going up, the app crashes frequently, can't use offline mode for certificates, email service reminders no longer work and can't even buy credits for sms reminders, which I don't want to do as I pay already for email reminders as as mentioned before, doesn't update my card details to pay for my subscription when I enter them through the app and needs a phone call which takes time out of my day, really needs to be updated correctly and be what it was and worth the money

Poor

Very average used to be really good, constant problems now. Any ideas given to the tech team have never been implemented. Used to use it for 10 engineers but will be looking for a new software

Great app but expensive

Great app, but for me a little expensive. Be better if it had LPG certs, and also one that you could alter to bespoke a certificate for more jobs that are a little out of the normal spectrum. (Leaving a little box that you can change the heading on) Add the above then I think this app will be more worth the £18pm

Always goes down

Unreliable, always has issues, admin help but it takes hours, wasted days trying to send an invoice/quote and there’s never an issue “their end” time to move on

Used to be great

Used this for 9 months ish and it WAS brilliant but they’ve just done an update and it’s absolutely shocking, constant errors, clunky, jittery not intuitive anymore, loss of features, ie summary of invoices, unable to link invoices to certificates. If this doesn’t get any better I will likely look for a different app. If it isn’t broke don’t fix it….please go back to when it worked!

Very poor

Just started using this since the previous app ceased trading. Big problem with this is I cannot open and create a new cert without wi.fi access which cannot be obtained on all jobs, linked to hotspot on phone but not all areas have good service. Might need to look at another app which can be used independently.

2 years in now using this app, won’t be using another tbh. Always updating the features making it better and any dramas help is on hand. Any ideas you think makes the app better or easier to use for engineers they take it on board and work with it.

I have been using this app for 2+ yrs now For my landlord gas safety certs I cannot fault it……..been perfect for me as a sole trader……..should of left a review a long while ago the app and people behind it have been excellent!!!!! Keep it up
