Gather Mobile

Very convenient when I’m busy. E statements and all.

Must say, of all of the banks/credit unions I’ve personally known or affiliated with in some form or another. Gather FCU has by far been the best. Their Mobile App alone is enough to say by to other banks/Credit Unions. It is smooth and easy to use, the five nines rule can be applied to this application, in my personal opinion. (That’s less than 5.15 minutes of downtime in a year) excellent work to the Application Team! Plus I the Chat feature is wonderful, very helpful for on the go type of people. Just another bank. These guys use to be the best thing in banking here on Kauai. Great customer service, low loan rates, everything to make sure customers were happy. Now...it’s just another bank.

I live in Waimea on the island of Kauai and I don’t go to any Gather but the one in my town. The girls are fantastic respectful kind and always so helpful. And they connect me well with my credit union in Spokane Washington. Gather is a great Credit union with great employees. And it has been that way since I open my account over three years ago.
