I joined as a new customer, App was showing my location they can deliver. I waited next whole day but got to know they don’t deliver to the location. They refunded my money in wallet as they don’t have any way to transfer back in my bank account they told they will do from backend. I kept calling them every time they told they will refund in 10 minutes. Very bad experience.

rider are behaving really bad if their is 1min delay in opening the door they start abusing such ill mannered staff

I have ordered 1 Lt A2 Cow milk yesterday, status on app is showing delivered but it is not delivered to me. No body is replying to my query at help desk.

The quality of milk is good as compared to other milk and service also good I am using gaupalam videc since 1 year overall its amazing app must try.

I recently ordered their a2 cow ghee and i loved the quality of their ghee and it’s very rich in taste.

When I ordered Coconut water, it was leaking and neither replacement was given nor refund issued. Moreover their customer care executive didn’t know how to handle the issue. Their response rate is very poor. Not bothered about customers . For this matter, country delight is much more better in terms of service and product
