Please is your app don’t work again??

GBC is a ripper app that constantly gives errors and excuses. Every time I try to use it, I am met with a frustrating message saying "connection could not be established". I have reached out to their customer service for assistance, but they have never resolved the issue and I am stuck with 350 cedis on my account that I cannot access. Save yourself the trouble and avoid downloading this app, it's just as unreliable as their bank and they refuse to open accounts for their customers.

This bank is the most useless bank soo far I transfer money to my account on Friday and up to now the money is not in my balance yet not only that also when I try to send money it’s will say try again later

I tried registering my account several times and is not working kindly fix it

If you call them to do something for you they will just hung up the call... sometimes if you try sending money the payment will failed and you will still be deduct at this point you have lose your money.. you can't get it back cause the support will they are all lazy and dumb...

I just downloaded the app and I’m trying to register but nothing seems to be working. I’ve got to the point immediately after taking the selfie where I’ve been asked to review my details below but the sad thing is there’s nothing there to be reviewed and whenever I click next, the response is invalid account number whilst there’s no medium provided for me to give my account number or even the mobile number or email…smh… too much drama

Please bring back the old version or fix the new one. App not working

I’m trying to create an account but I cannot proceed because I don’t have access to my Ghana number. It’d be awesome to allow verification via email for people outside of the jurisdiction. Hopefully this works soon.

I tried to transfer 400Gh from mobile money to my account by using the app but unfortunately the amount was deducted from my account but I didn’t receive any payment at all, And I tried to complain to the customer support team on WhatsApp, instagram, facebook and I also tried their toll free number but they can’t help me to get my money back 😢 So all my advice is that, when you see or done any mistake about your money just move on because you can’t get it back 👎

This is the worst finance app I’ve ever used. My deposits can hang in the air because of this app for more than 2weeks. What is that money was to be used for a medical condition, I think I would have been mourning by now. Don’t rely on this app for your deposits, it’s wack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
