I have been using this application for quite some time, and it has served me well even without frequent updates or subscription fees. During that period, the app had a reasonable amount of ads, which I found acceptable. A couple of months ago, the app was updated, offering a wider selection of music, which was a pleasant addition. However, I've encountered some challenges with the free version. Initially, after opting to continue without an ad-free subscription, I was prompted to contact support for the upgrade. Ignoring that, I faced frequent interruptions with ads, particularly when trying to select a song or access my favorite list. Additionally, there have been instances where selecting a song results in a blank page, and returning to the song selection often leads to a lengthy loading period for ads, sometimes taking 2 to 3 minutes without any results. I understand that many users, especially those facing financial difficulties, may find these ads overwhelming. I appreciate the continued efforts of the developers but hope they can find a better balance that accommodates users across various circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
