This app Is Regularly Crashing After 4 min to 5min Can’t even Register Single citizen Please resolve This Issue KunalSChauhan

I’ve downloaded this app to register for an illegal constructions in my area but the app is not working as expected. It is crashing on the sign up with Mobile page. I’ve tried it 3 times on two different devices but still not able to get in. Please fix.

All the necessary options like what's near me, complaints,tender etc are there, good job. I lodge 2 complaints and they were assigned i was happy then I received the notification that it has been resolved next day.
