Geberit Home offers its users digital access to Geberit products in the bathroom and provides them with assistance with regard to operation, configuration and maintenance.
All app functions are free of charge.

• Geberit DuoFresh module for odour extraction
• Geberit ONE mirror cabinet
• Geberit Monolith Plus sanitary module (from model 2023)

User experience
The application works. Yet it seems to be designed more for technicians than ordinary users. Ordinary user just wants to start the “procedure” with one click. But in this app you must do 3 clicks before it starts… Functions are there, everything “works” but please consider making it more user friendly while considering primarily its purpose. Design of this app should/could be (easily) similar to the standart remore control supplied with the unit?!

Light schedule doesn't work
Proximity sensor sensitivity can't be found in menu. Light on schedule is not coresponding with units behavior.
Nekvalitní aplikace
Příklad za všechny: ke čtení návodu a přehrání novodobého videa musí být telefon připojený k WC přes Bluetooth 🤦♂️
New firmware has degraded the device
I updated the firmware of the DuoFresh to version 7.102 via the Geberit home app. After the update, the automatic mode stopped working because the sensor sensitivity was reduced so much that even at the highest sensor sensitivity setting, the device does not detect motion and does not switch on the light and odor extraction.
